1. Product Development

As a long-standing manufacturer with a large product portfolio, we are happy to address the individual needs of our customers and develop products tailored to the requirements of everyday use. During the development phase, our experienced engineers work closely with users to define the requirements for the new development. In production, we focus on top quality for all components – from the cell and electronics to the robust housing.

2. Internal Controls

Once prototypes of an item have been manufactured, they are first subject to extensive controls in our internal testing and measurement laboratory. All products are rigorously tested under harsh conditions in accordance with our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015. Naturally, all applicable norms and standards are met.

3. User Tests

If a battery passes our internal tests, it is sent to at least three hospitals from our customer base for further long-term testing. Reports issued by external testers confirm compatibility in the respective application and evaluate how well the products meet the requirements. Only when users are fully satisfied with a battery is it released for production.

4. Declaration of Conformity

Every item released for production receives a declaration of conformity. This gives you the assurance that the item can be used exactly like the original manufacturer's. We therefore guarantee not only at least equivalent quality, but also that our batteries do not negatively affect the function of the user's devices. 5. Warranty

To give you additional security when choosing an Axcom product, you receive a twelve-month warranty on all products we develop. Regardless of whether it's a battery, charging technology, or other accessories. Our experienced product consultants are happy to assist you at any time.
