Battery Cell Replacement Service

What is cell replacement?

The cells inside batteries are subject to natural wear, which occurs after a certain number of charge cycles depending on the technology. This does not always mean you need to buy a completely new battery. Instead, we offer our proven cell replacement service. During repair, we open the battery you send us and replace the depleted cells with brand new, high-quality ones. This restores your battery to its original performance.

Battery Repair Process – How It Works

1. You send us the used battery.
2. We replace the depleted cells with new, high-quality industrial cells.
3. Only the housing and safety components remain unchanged.

The Result

You receive an as-good-as-new battery with a 12-month warranty on the installed cells and a declaration of conformity according to the German Medical Devices Act (MPG).

Important Notes

• We always check whether cell replacement is technically feasible and economically viable.
• Batteries for power tools, various e-bikes/pedelecs, lawn mowers, and medical devices can usually be reconditioned successfully.
• For your safety, we only use branded cells that are 100% equivalent to the originally installed ones.

Custom-made solutions and repairs are excluded from exchange. We do not provide a warranty on original components. The supplied cells/batteries correspond technically to the specifications you provide. We therefore assume no liability for usability in combination with a specific device and are not liable for damages if the battery must meet other or additional technical parameters than those communicated to us.
