Payment / Shipping
The following payment methods are available to you:
Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment option, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and will deliver the goods after receipt of payment. If prepayment has been agreed, the customer is obliged to pay the total amount no later than ten days after receipt of the order confirmation without deduction.
Purchase on account
We offer the "purchase on account" payment method to registered existing customers, as well as public authorities, local councils and towns. The payment term is 14 days without deduction. If this payment option does not appear in your customer account, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will check your profile and make the necessary adjustments for you.
Credit card
You can pay for your order conveniently and securely by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). Once payment has been successfully authorised, the invoice amount will be processed directly via your chosen credit card provider.
PayPal
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and securely using a compatible Apple device. Select Apple Pay during the checkout process and confirm the payment easily using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
Blik
With BLIK, you can pay for your order quickly and securely via your banking app. Select BLIK as your payment method, enter the BLIK code generated in your app, and then confirm the payment in your banking app.
iDEAL
With iDEAL, you can pay for your order directly via your Dutch online banking service. Select your bank during the checkout process and complete the payment securely via your bank’s familiar interface.
EPS
With EPS, you can pay for your order securely and directly via your Austrian online banking service. Once you have selected this payment method, you will be redirected to your bank’s website, where you can confirm the payment as usual.
Fast, low-cost delivery

For deliveries within Germany, we charge 6,50 EUR net (7.76 EUR incl. VAT) per order up to a weight of 31.5 kg. From an order value of 250.00 EUR, we deliver free of charge within Germany, to Austria, Poland and the Netherlands.
